Midway amenities has become an important asset to our midway beautification program. In 2011, WCA was the first amusement company in the Chicagoland area to offer automated ticketing machines and ATM units to its customers. Each unit contains one ATM machine and two automatic ticketing machines and is decorated with bright, colorful modern graphics sporting our newly found mascot, the WCA Bee. The Bee encourages parents to "Bee Wise and Check your Size" using the colorful height rulers on the sides of the unit. Each unit also features a sound system reminding people to be safe and enjoy their time at the fair.

WCA has developed a system using our ticket booths, and flags and permanent aluminum height signs on the rides to make the ticket purchasing and ride selection process as easy for parents as possible. Large, uniform signs will keep guests informed. Each ride, game and food concession will be numbered for easy identification. All prices will be posted for food and games. Each ride will have a clearly posted coupon sign and rider instruction sign.

For customers who need to rest their feet, benches and picnic tables will be placed around the midway to ensure guests a place to rest and to sit and enjoy a treat. All picnic tables are covered in color coordinated plastic for easy cleaning. Our philosophy is that the more comfortable the guest is, the longer they will spend on our midway!
